Getting a Refund
Once a badge has been purchased it is non-refundable. However, we do allow you to transfer your badge to another person of your choosing.
What if I accidentally bought my badges twice?

What if a guest cancels?
We do understand that sometimes guests cancel and that is usually out of our control. We cannot provide a refund for any badge(s) purchased if a guest cancels their appearance.
